Refund Policy

The return policy for orders placed with Warm Embers Candle Co. is as follows: A return and/or exchange will only be approved for a physical item if the item received is proven to be damaged and/or defective. 
 
For an item to be eligible for a return and/or exchange, Warm Embers Candle Co. must receive documented proof of purchase and photographic proof of the damaged and/or defective item within 7 days of the date of delivery. 
 
Return and/or exchange requests must be sent to warmemberscandles@gmail.com. In the event that a return and/or exchange resulting in a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. 
 
At Warm Embers Candle Co. we understand that it is difficult to know if you'll enjoy a scent without having the candle physically available to smell. However, dissatisfaction with a scent does not qualify for a return/exchange. We try to do our best with each description so that you are well informed before the time of purchase.
